Dedicated Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a diligent individual to assist our chefs in maintaining exceptional kitchen standards.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, including countertops, walls, stoves, ovens, grills, sinks, and cooking equipment.
- Maintain food storage areas such as freezers and refrigerators in a safe and hygienic manner.
- Receive and organize deliveries to the kitchen efficiently.
- Support chefs and other kitchen staff with basic food preparation, cutting, peeling, and washing tasks.
- Remove kitchen waste and wash dirty dishes.
- Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward or Prep Chef is desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn new skills and be part of a dynamic hotel team.
