Teaching Role Opportunity

We are seeking experienced secondary education tutors to join our team in a supportive and dynamic environment. As a tutor, you will work with students in small groups to help them achieve their goals and build their confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver lessons using best practice teaching methods
  • Tutor students in a positive, caring manner to promote self-esteem and self-worth
  • Develop skills in using educational software to plan and conduct face-to-face lessons
  • Be available to commit to every scheduled class
  • Maintain effective relationships with students and parents
  • Record student progress and goals accurately
  • Provide feedback to parents through regular updates

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in education or be nearing completion of your studies
  • A valid Working with Children Check
  • A professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
  • The ability to work well as part of a team and independently
  • A genuine passion for teaching and learning
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
