Job Opportunity: Site Supervisor

About the Role:

The Site Supervisor plays a crucial part in overseeing the daily operations of remedial construction sites. This hands-on role ensures that all works are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with quality and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating site activities to ensure timely project delivery
  • Promoting a safety-first culture and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues affecting timelines or budgets
  • Liaising with engineers, clients, and subcontractors to maintain alignment across the project lifecycle
  • Assisting in the planning and setup of temporary works, including scaffolding, containment, and access systems
  • Maintaining detailed site records, including daily diaries, timesheets, and material usage

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of supervisory experience in the construction or remediation industry
  • Proven capability in delivering complex works on active construction or industrial sites
  • Strong leadership and team management skills – able to motivate and drive performance
  • A high level of accountability and financial awareness, with experience tracking productivity and costs
  • Solid technical understanding of concrete and steel repair methods, coatings, and temporary works
