Sr. Clinical Research Associate Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate to join our team. As a key player, you will drive innovation and excellence in clinical research.

As a sponsor-dedicated CRA, you will enjoy the stability and resources of a leading contract research organization while gaining direct experience with a customer.

You will be responsible for conducting site level visits, including selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits with precision and purpose. You will also drive subject recruitment strategies that deliver results and keep studies on track.

You must have a minimum of 5 years independent on-site monitoring experience, with a minimum of 3 years in oncology. You should have deep knowledge of GCP, ICH, and clinical trial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site-level visits, including selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out
  • Drive subject recruitment strategies to meet study milestones
  • Deliver protocol training and build strong relationships with site teams
  • Champion quality and compliance, ensuring GCP/ICH standards are met
  • Mentor junior clinical staff and contribute to a culture of excellence and learning
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years independent on-site monitoring experience, with a minimum of 3 years in oncology
  • Deep knowledge of GCP, ICH, and clinical trial regulations
  • Strong therapeutic area expertise and protocol understanding
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and mobile tools
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
