About the Role
Bupa Optical Rouse Hill is looking for a skilled and motivated Eye Care Sales Consultant to join our team on a casual basis. This customer service and retail sales role is an excellent opportunity to provide exceptional service to customers while working with leading designer brands.
This position involves delivering outstanding customer experiences, working towards sales targets, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of optical trends. The successful candidate will have solid customer service and sales experience, preferably gained in an optical or high-performing retail store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of optical products, including designer frames and lenses
- Support customers in selecting the best frames and lenses to meet their needs
Requirements
- Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
- Strong customer service and sales skills, preferably in an optical or retail environment
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
