The Role You've Been Waiting For

We're looking for an experienced, full-time Property Manager to join our fantastic team. This is your opportunity to manage your own portfolio of 80-180 properties with the support of your own offshore assistant, while working closely with our hands-on business owners. What You'll Be Doing (And Loving):
  • Expertly managing maintenance, lease renewals, and rent reviews.
  • Arranging and conducting routine inspections with the team's support.
  • Serving as the go-to person for property owners, tenants, and contractors.
  • Navigating property legislation and staying ahead of industry changes.
  • Keeping your database clean and organized efficiently.
  • Collaborating with the team to constantly improve customer service.
Who You Are:
  • You're passionate about property management for the long haul.
  • You have at least two years of experience in residential end-to-end property management.
  • Familiar with AILO and 2Apply? Bonus points
  • You thrive on structure, compliance, and accountability.
  • Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and ready to hit the ground running.
  • You possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • You can work autonomously.

Requirements:
  • Current Property Management License.
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
  • A reliable vehicle and a valid Australian driver's license.
  • A current West Australian Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one.
