Aged Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Clinical Care Manager to oversee the daily clinical operations of our care home. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and passionate individual to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Nursing with current APHRA registration, as well as post-graduate qualifications in aged care. They will possess excellent clinical assessment skills, care planning capabilities, and strong leadership and communication skills.
As part of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the General Manager in managing and leading the delivery of person-centred care of residents
- Overseeing the daily clinical operations of the care home, including reviewing clinical incidents and complaints
- Liaising with allied health, medical practitioners, and other services to provide optimal resident care
