Dynamic Lifestyle Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic professional to lead our staff and work closely with customers.
This leadership role involves providing outstanding care that showcases high-quality skills in helping customers live happier, healthier lives - their way.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting customers in living their lives, their way, and leading a team of support workers to deliver individualized supports.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a leadership or management position within the aged, NDIS or healthcare sectors;
- The ability to establish rapport with people and make them feel at ease;
- Strong organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines;
- A valid Australian driver's license and comprehensive car insurance;
- Up-to-date flu vaccination;
- An NDIS screening check (or willingness to obtain one);
- A police check (within the last 6 months or willingness to obtain one).
