Lead Architect for Digital Transformation

This is a highly sought-after role where you will play a key part in driving end-to-end digital transformation across telecom and enterprise networks. As a Lead Architect, you will combine strategic leadership with hands-on expertise in next-generation technologies such as SDN, NFV, cloud-native networking, and automation frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in network architecture and large-scale transformation programs. You will lead the design and execution of large-scale network transformation programs across RAN, Core, OSS/BSS, and Enterprise Networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute large-scale network transformation programs.
  • Develop architecture roadmaps aligned with industry standards.
  • Champion the transition from legacy/manual operations to AI-driven autonomous networks.
  • Define integration strategies for enterprise-grade platforms.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align network transformation goals.
  • Support pre-sales and solutioning for large deals.
  • Provide technical governance and architectural assurance for transformation projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record in network architecture and large-scale transformation programs.
  • Deep knowledge of SDN, NFV, orchestration platforms, and automation frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience across RAN, Core, OSS/BSS, and Enterprise Networking.
  • Strong system integration background in telecom/enterprise IT environments.
  • Experience in leading modernization projects with major vendors.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: TOGAF, TM Forum or equivalent.
  • Exposure to DevOps/NetOps practices.
  • Knowledge of cloud-native network functions and edge technologies.
