About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior C++ Developer to join our team at Tibra Capital. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our trading infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop high-performance trading infrastructure components using C++.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  3. Develop and maintain software development procedures to ensure high-quality code.
  4. Estimate, plan, and manage project timelines to meet business objectives.
  5. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. 5+ years of experience in C++ development, preferably with C++11, 14, or newer.
  2. Strong understanding of software engineering practices and software development lifecycle.
  3. Knowledge of networking, multi-threading, and database technologies.
  4. Linux administration skills.
  5. Experience working on low-latency software systems.
  6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
