Non Conformity Cell Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Non Conformity Cell Team Leader to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for leading the process of non-conformities on purchased parts, from defect characterization to containment and closure of corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities- Characterize defects on purchased parts and write detailed reports
- Ensure production lines are secure and free from defective parts, with clear mapping and physical identification
- Organize re-feeding to the line with new conform parts within the takt-time of the line
- Implement first-level containment, including management of control and sorting activities
- Block stock for non-conform parts and coordinate with suppliers
- Develop inspection criteria for incoming deliveries and create non-conformity reports in ERP and SQP
- Manage supplier rework activities and participate in daily and weekly meetings with stakeholders
- Experience in Quality or Production
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or similar
