Marketing Director, Australia and New Zealand

We are seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Sydney, Australia. As a key player in our Cloud Protection & Licensing division, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing plans that drive measurable results.
In this hybrid role, you will work closely with sales leadership and channel partners to create and implement cross-regional campaigns, optimize online presence, and lead the definition and execution of digital programs. You will also be responsible for planning and executing strategic C-level events and core tradeshows within the region.
About the Role- Develop and execute regional marketing plans with measurable goals, collaborating closely with sales leadership and channel partners.
- Drive B2B go-to-market campaigns, focusing on measurable targets such as revenue, brand awareness, and operational efficiency.
- Create and implement cross-regional campaigns while aligning product messaging to generate high-quality leads and pipeline.
- Drive online presence optimization in key markets, including localized pages, landing experiences, and promotions tailored to meet market compliance mandates.
- Lead the definition and execution of a value-adding digital program, incorporating programmatic retargeting, awareness initiatives, multi-touch engagements, and webinars to support the region's strategic approach.
- Take charge of planning and executing strategic C-level events as well as core tradeshows within the region.
- 8+ years of experience in relevant marketing for enterprise software companies, particularly in B2B field marketing.
- Experience in developing emergent markets, especially in Australia & New Zealand region.
- Strong expertise in Security, Storage, or Networking Industry and familiarity with specific platforms like Demandbase, 6Sense, Salesforce.com, Pardot, or Marketo.
- Proficiency in copywriting and editing, with additional language skills beyond English considered advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple projects, and willingness to engage in regional and international business travels up to 30% of the time.

We offer a competitive salary package of AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. This includes:
- AU$100,000 - AU$125,000 base salary.
- Up to AU$20,000 in bonuses and incentives.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including private health insurance, parental leave, reserve and community service leave, gym membership discounts, healthcare/medical insurance, career development opportunities, employee share purchase plans, and free parking.
The estimated annual salary range is based on industry standards and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
