Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advocacy Advisor to drive political wins that improve heart health across Australia.

  • This role will involve working closely with the Head of Advocacy to develop and implement targeted campaigns influencing policy, unlocking funding, and securing government support.
  • The successful candidate will build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including MPs, advisers, public servants, and sector leaders.
  • They will identify opportunities to influence policy, legislation, or funding decisions that benefit heart health.
  • The position will also involve collaborating with like-minded organisations to build strong alliances and push shared priorities.

About You

  • You will have at least three years of experience in running or supporting advocacy or political campaigns.
  • You will possess a strong network and a proven track record of building relationships across politics.
  • You will be a strategic thinker with the ability to drive intent-driven action.
  • You will have a proven ability to shift opinion, build pressure, and deliver results.
