About the Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Graduate to join our Restructuring and Insolvency division, where you will have the opportunity to work with senior team members and gain exposure to a diverse range of clients and industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare reports for creditors and trade-on management, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Investigate, analyze, and report on corporate and personal financial affairs.
  • Assist with sales of property, plant, and equipment, and drafting advice to lawyers.
  • Prepare insolvent trading and voidable transaction recovery actions, and liaise with creditors and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and ethical guidelines, and maintain internal cash management and record keeping.
The Right Candidate
  • Has a genuine interest in a career in restructuring, insolvency, or turnaround.
  • Is committed to furthering their education by pursuing CA and ARITA qualifications, with support from our firm.
  • Has outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
