About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate to join our Restructuring and Insolvency division. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of clients and industries, developing your skills and expertise in restructuring and insolvency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare reports for creditors and stakeholders.
  • Manage trade-on activities, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Investigate and analyze corporate and personal financial affairs.
  • Assist with the sale of property, plant, and equipment.
  • Draft advice to lawyers and assist with legal proceedings.
  • Prepare insolvent trading and voidable transaction recovery actions.
  • Liaise with creditors, employees, business owners, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and ethical guidelines.
  • Manage internal cash flow and record-keeping.
Requirements
  • A genuine interest in a career in restructuring and insolvency.
  • A desire to further your education by pursuing CA and ARITA qualifications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
