Job Title: Director of Member Engagement
Job DescriptionThis is a key leadership position that oversees the development and execution of member experience strategies to drive loyalty and engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing member experience strategies, with a focus on delivering value through tailored offers, services, and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement member experience strategies across the membership lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless experiences for members online and in-store.
- Design and deliver exclusive events, personalized services, and outstanding experiences that build long-term loyalty and drive retention.
- Work closely with stakeholders to track and share member feedback, preferences, and retention metrics.
- A minimum of 5+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for creating engaging and seamless experiences.
- Strong understanding of loyalty programs and their impact on customer behavior.
