About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Support Officer to join our team at Mount Gibson Iron Limited. As a key member of our Business Systems team, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of our Power BI reports, as well as providing support for other business systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop dashboards and reports to support business decision-making
  • Perform data extraction and transformation tasks
  • Optimize Power BI models for performance and scalability
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reports
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing Power BI reports
  • Monitor performance of reports and optimize them for improved efficiency
  • Conduct training sessions and provide documentation for end-users
  • Assist with system upgrades and changes
  • Alert leaders to potential systems risks
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Management Information Systems)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Power BI development and reporting
  • Business Intelligence and Data Analytics expertise using Power BI
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements
  • Business Systems Support experience in ERP systems
  • Previous roles in data analysis or business intelligence preferred
