Role Overview

This Strategic Client Partner position is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities in the Sydney region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients to drive growth and revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry insights and market trends.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and share market feedback to inform product development.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other tools to ensure accurate forecasting, territory management, and account planning.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in client management, preferably in HR SaaS or Services programs with ASX200 organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and revenue targets, with a strong understanding of commercial processes and forecasting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
