About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Investment Operations Manager to join our team at 023 Northern Trust Company Australia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the smooth operation of our investment management services.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in investment operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for managing multiple client relationships, providing timely and effective resolution of client inquiries, and contributing to the development of new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple client relationships and provide exceptional client service
  • Develop and maintain strong technical knowledge of all systems/applications required to effectively service clients
  • Participate in business and technology enhancement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in investment operations, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications relevant to the role

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
