About the Job:

In this role, you will provide exceptional service to students, visitors, and staff by communicating effectively on course information, enrolment processes, student administration tasks, and managing student inquiries.

You will also use your attention to detail and accuracy while working with documents, RTO student management systems (SMS), and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Additionally, attending to phone and email enquiries, promoting best practices, and recording continuous improvement activities are key responsibilities.

  • Strong attention to detail
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving
  • A great work ethic and adaptability
  • Student Management System (SMS) experience or similar

  • Proven RTO administration experience
  • Experience with Government funding
  • Student Management System experience
