Job Title: ICT Service Desk Manager

This is a leadership role that oversees the day-to-day operations of the ICT service desk environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the ICT support team to ensure high-quality technical support for staff, students, and parents.

- Respond to requests for help and provide training to foster confidence and literacy with technology.

- Manage complex issue troubleshooting, coordination, and resolution as the escalation point for the ICT Support team.

- Create and coordinate technical documentation and record keeping, generating professional development sessions and materials for staff.

- Manage critical issues or outages during standard hours of operation, and outside of standard hours when the ICT Manager is on leave.

- Coordinate the implementation of ICT Changes as directed by the ICT Manager, and own and manage ICT Problems, including resource coordination to ensure resolution.
