About the Role

This full-time position offers a truly diverse experience, allowing you to develop trusted relationships with customers, provide expert advice, and achieve sales targets. You will be reporting to the Store Manager and working closely with other team members to ensure exceptional customer service and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate sales and ensure success by providing expert service, processing sales efficiently and accurately, conducting follow-ups with customers, and maintaining store appearance.
  • Assist with various warehouse duties such as customer pick-ups, receiving deliveries, and providing expert knowledge and advice to trade customers and builders.
About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience in retail sales or a related industry.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Mature and self-directed approach to problem-solving.
  • Good rapport-building and influencing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25kgs.
  • Technological savvy and administrative skills.
