Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our retail team as an Assistant Store Manager.

The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience, ideally in a retail environment, and be confident in providing coaching and feedback to their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is driven by delivering exceptional customer service and passionate about creating memorable experiences for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a safe working environment for team members and customers
  • Act as Store Manager when required, including opening and closing of the store
  • Daily management of stock to minimize loss and maximize sales
  • Implement visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes
  • Provide exceptional customer service
