Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Operations Specialist to join our team. As the heartbeat of our store's operations, you will be responsible for connecting our team, customers, and systems.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing helpful assistance and support.
  • Manage Click & Collect orders with precision, ensuring seamless logistics and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Effectively handle laybys, vendor orders, returns, and credits, maintaining accurate records and resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain stock accuracy by conducting regular audits and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate compliance tasks, safety audits, and price changes, ensuring adherence to company standards.
  • Collaborate closely with store leadership, suppliers, and the support office to drive business results.
  • Ensure a safe, tidy, and efficient store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 15kg, use ladders, and move stock as required.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business results.
