We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Store Admin Assistant.
- This role is perfect for someone who enjoys managing logistics, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining stock accuracy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing Click & Collect orders, handling laybys and returns, and ensuring a safe and efficient store environment.
They will also work closely with store leadership, suppliers, and the support office to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities- Delivering friendly and helpful service to customers
- Managing Click & Collect orders with efficiency
- Handling laybys, vendor orders, returns, and credits
- Ensuring stock accuracy and resolving discrepancies
- Rolling out compliance tasks, safety audits, and price changes
- Working closely with store leadership, suppliers, and support office
- Maintaining a safe, tidy, and efficient store environment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong attention to detail and computer literacy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical capability to lift up to 15kg, use ladders, and move stock
