Welcome to our Operations Graduate Program, where you'll embark on a transformative 24-month journey in the heart of logistics. This program is designed to equip you with hands-on experience, technical expertise, and leadership skills to excel in the ever-evolving supply chain landscape.

Job Description

We're seeking talented individuals to join our operations team as graduates. You'll be immersed in various business units, gaining diverse experience through six-month rotations. Each rotation will expose you to different sites, showcasing how our business operates and the valuable contributions of each unit to our overall success.

You'll have the opportunity to develop practical knowledge of our entire supply chain network, build valuable professional networks, and learn from industry leaders. Your role will involve contributing to developing tailored solutions for major customers, driving industry-leading projects, and enhancing your skills through structured training and workshops.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Completed or due to complete an undergraduate degree in a Supply Chain and Logistics related discipline by the end of 2026.
  • Australian citizen or permanent resident at the time of application.
  • Passion for the opportunities in the logistics industry.
