Senior Contract Manager

This is a key role for an experienced contract administrator who can effectively manage and maintain relationships with suppliers.
Responsibilities include developing and managing contracts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practice knowledge. Additionally, the candidate will monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders to develop and manage supplier contracts.
- Utilizing knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements to optimize day-to-day operations.
- Providing guidance on contractual obligations and conducting contract reviews.
- Engaging with external suppliers to resolve issues and enhance relationships.
Key Qualifications:
- Relevant degree qualifications or equivalent experience in infrastructure, construction, and MRO sectors.
- 5+ years' experience working in contract management, preferably in a large organization.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including communication and negotiation.
- Industry-wide knowledge of NEC4 principles and practices for efficient contract management.
- Experience working with multiple departments to gather requirements and feedback.
- Proven track record of effective contract administration and relationship management.
