Senior Contract Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill a key role within our corporate structure. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, developing, reviewing and negotiating contracts for commercial construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of workplace health and safety procedures and will be able to manage commercial risks effectively.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:- Draft, develop and review contracts for commercial construction projects.
- Negotiate with corporate partners while managing commercial risks.
- Administer corporate contracts and ensure compliance with project timelines and goals.
- AQF diploma or higher;
- Four years of work experience in contract administration;
- Proficiency in the English language;
- Strong understanding of workplace WHS procedures;
- Australian operational experience in building and civil projects;
- Satisfactory experience with quality assurance procedures and policy compliance.
