Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team in Warrnambool. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care. You will create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment that fosters the development of young children.

The successful candidate will work with a team of experienced Early Years Educators, providing supervision, assistance, and sharing their expertise to develop engaging educational programs that cater to each child's unique needs. This part-time role is 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, Tuesday to Friday.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess a Diploma in Early Childhood (or equivalent) and relevant experience in an Early Childhood services role. You will also have sound discipline and knowledge of the underlying principles of Early Years, gained through experience, education, and/or training.

Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you will receive a base hourly rate starting at $31.66 and superannuation. You'll also receive 17.5% leave loading and can increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits. We offer a 60% staff discount on childcare through Uniting and the option to increase annual leave entitlements through our purchase leave program.
