In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and implement innovative educational programs that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues, and contribute to a positive and inclusive centre community.
  • Document and share children's learning and development with families, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and quality in our educational programs.
  • Contribute to the implementation and adoption of our Guardian Curriculum, and participate in ongoing professional learning and development opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A completed Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
  • Prior experience in long day care or a related field.
  • Sound practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Current Working with Children's Check.
  • Must be an Australian citizen or hold a valid permanent residency visa (some visa held candidates may be considered).
