We're seeking an accomplished Senior Flutter Developer to drive innovation in our dynamic team.
As a key player, you'll spearhead the design and development of cutting-edge mobile and web applications that push the boundaries of tech excellence. Your expertise will shape the future of our platforms, ensuring they're robust, scalable, and poised for growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Owning the architecture, design, and development of high-performance mobile and web applications using Flutter, guaranteeing seamless performance, security, and quality.
- Influencing technical strategy, driving best practices, and contributing to our long-term vision, ensuring our platforms remain primed for future advancements.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders to turn business requirements into effective technical solutions and managing the end-to-end release process for iOS, Android, and Flutter Web apps.
- Fostering best practices through code reviews, maintaining high-quality standards, and promoting consistency across the team.
- Staying at the forefront of emerging technologies, introducing new tools and techniques that propel us forward.
We're looking for someone with:
- No less than 8 years of experience in mobile development, with at least 5+ years of hands-on expertise in Flutter for both mobile and web platforms.
- A proven track record of delivering high-performance cross-platform apps for iOS and Android using Flutter.
- An in-depth understanding of Flutter Web development, performance optimisation, and browser compatibility challenges.
- Mastery of Dart, RESTful APIs, backend integrations, and version control systems (Git).
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for seamless app deployment across multiple platforms.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation skills, with the ability to resolve issues across various devices and browsers.
- A deep understanding of best practices in mobile and web design, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
