OSHC Program Coordinator

This part-time Coordinator role is perfect for someone seeking 22.5 hours of work per week, with availability from 2:00 pm to 6:30 pm. You will play a key part in organising and implementing the School Holiday Program, working closely with the OSHC Manager and our team of educators to deliver a fun and engaging Outside School Hours Care program.

• Oversee the daily operations, strategic development, and growth of the program
• Collaborate with the OSHC Manager to identify and respond to opportunities for service improvement
• Build positive relationships with the school, families, local community groups, and contract partners
• Lead a team of educators to deliver a high-quality, fun Outside School Hours Care program

To succeed in this role, you will require:

• A minimum Diploma Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care or tertiary qualification
• Hold (or be willing to obtain) HLTAID012 First Aid Qualifications, including valid CPR
• Have (or be willing to obtain) WWCC Employee edition
• Anaphylaxis and Asthma Qualifications
• Equivalent experience
