**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced chef to lead our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling a section of the kitchen, including assisting the executive chef with all aspects of kitchen operations, preparing and presenting à la carte dishes, enforcing service, presentation, and operational standards, ordering stock and supplies, and controlling stock levels.

1. Trade qualifications and practical experience in commercial cooking

2. Excellent presentation and consistency in both your work and personal life

3. Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a professional manner

4. Strong communication and teamwork skills
