Job Description

A Project Manager II is responsible for leading projects from preconstruction to final closeout, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in construction operations, with a focus on commercial and light industrial markets.

The Project Manager will oversee the execution of safety compliance and quality programs, participate in bidding and pre-construction services, and represent the company as the client's primary contact. They will also manage the performance of professional support personnel, maintain project schedules and budgets, and execute subcontracts and purchase orders.

In addition, the Project Manager will mentor and train junior staff members, implement new ideas, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant construction operations experience
  • A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Effective communication skills and leadership abilities
  • Multitasking and problem-solving skills
