This role oversees daily activities of a jobsite, managing subcontractors and labor for distribution center construction projects. As a key leader, you will ensure the work is performed in a safe and organized manner, complying with quality programs and initial specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement safety policies and quality programs to maintain strong performance on safety audits.
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and labor, maintaining control over accuracy and quality for each work activity.
  • Identify and report problems or deficiencies to the Project Manager.
  • Maintain project schedule controls and coordinate receipt of Owner supplied materials.
  • Provide status reports and communicate effectively with the Owner's representative.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of five years of construction experience as a Superintendent.
  • The ability to travel extensively and temporarily reside at the project site.
  • Capability of maintaining a Critical Path project schedule.
  • A thorough understanding of current project documents, blueprints, revisions, specifications, and related items.
