Job Title

Midwife - Pregnancy, Childbirth and Beyond

This role offers a chance to join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care. As a Registered Midwife, you will be responsible for providing expert prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care to expectant mothers.

The ideal candidate will have current AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Computer literacy and recent experience in antenatal, labour, birth, and postnatal care are also essential.

About the Role
  • Provide comprehensive prenatal care, including regular check-ups, ultrasounds, and monitoring pregnancy progress.
  • Assist with childbirth and support mothers during labor, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience.
  • Offer postpartum care and guidance to new mothers and newborns, promoting bonding and healthy relationships.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
  • Computer literacy
  • Recent experience in antenatal, labour, birth, and postnatal care
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
