Leadership Role in Diagnostic Pathology

Are you a motivated and experienced professional seeking a challenging role in diagnostic pathology? We are looking for a skilled leader to join our team as a Preanalytical Supervisor.

This leadership position involves coordinating the operations of Specimen Reception and Analysis (SRA) teams to ensure efficient specimen processing. You will also supervise staff to guarantee compliance with procedures, assist with human resource functions, maintain occupational health and safety standards, and uphold quality standards through our Corporate Quality System Procedures.

To be successful in this role, you must have proven supervisory experience in a diagnostic pathology laboratory, along with at least two years' experience in specimen reception. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills are essential, as well as an aptitude for problem solving and troubleshooting. Effective time management and organisational skills are also required.
