Early Intervention Team Lead

We are a leading provider of early intervention services in Australia, supporting young children and families with innovative models.

Leadership Opportunity

As Team Lead of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading and developing up to 13 allied health professionals. Your purpose is to ensure exceptional outcomes for young clients and a well-supported team environment.

You will:

  • Manage daily operations of our clinics
  • Lead workforce management, including recruitment and growth planning
  • Oversee and participate in development and promotion of our services
  • Maintain compliance with internal and external requirements
  • Ensure high-level professionalism and ethical conduct
  • And more, to ensure a successful and rewarding team and service
