We're seeking an experienced Cost Management Professional to lead our projects across Australia and New Zealand, working remotely in a global team. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects worldwide.

About The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for all deliverables and successful project outcomes as a Lead Cost Manager on multiple projects. This includes pre-construction, procurement, and post-contract activities.

  • Deliver high-quality cost management services, ensuring accurate financials and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Manage T&T financials on project and commission management.
  • Assist in business generation sessions, securing new opportunities.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years experience as a cost manager and senior cost manager.
  • Experience in pre-contract and post-contract deliverables.
  • MRICS or MAIQS preferred.
  • Experience in commercial developer and fit-out sectors preferred.
