Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Cost Management Leader to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading the cost management function, ensuring strong relationships with clients and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor cost management team leaders, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure all team members have current, relevant training and adhere to SOX controls and company management systems.
  • Oversee timely, high-quality delivery of cost management outputs, including review and sign-off of all management information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation, rail or power & utilities projects, with 15+ years of relevant experience. A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar is required, along with additional accreditations such as RICS, AIQS, CIOB, or APM.
