Job Title:

A compassionate healthcare professional is required to provide exceptional care to residents in our residential aged care home.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for providing care to the elderly, with current registration and a thorough understanding of relevant legislation and quality standards.

  • Providing direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice procedures
  • Acting as a team leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to colleagues
  • Working in a safe manner to protect oneself, colleagues, and residents closely following policies and procedures

The successful applicant will also possess strong clinical knowledge, effective conflict resolution skills, and strong communication skills with a positive attitude.
