About the Role

The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies that empower employees with the tools, knowledge, and opportunities to excel in their roles.

This role will develop a capability framework for each department, optimize our L&D platform, and translate real-life operational activities into engaging learning content for both new and existing employees.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Develop a capability framework for each operating department

  • Building strong relationships across the business
