Care Coordinator for Women's Mental Health

As a Mental Health Clinician, you will provide high-quality care and support to patients with mental health issues. This role involves providing individual and group therapy, conducting mental health assessments, and coordinating care across inpatient and outpatient programs.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health needs
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or Occupational Therapy)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in mental health
- Demonstrated ability to provide evidence-based interventions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
This part-time role offers attractive hourly rates, plus 12% Super and 17.5% leave loading. You will also have access to ongoing professional development, supervision, and training opportunities.
