What You'll Be Trusted To Do

  • Develop technical and non-technical skills, improve industry knowledge and best practices, and experience varied aspects of the engineering, project management, and tendering functions
  • Assist with the management of planning, coordinating, and controlling professional activities relating to projects, including general planning, providing technical input, and maintaining/updating the contractual schedule/program
  • Assist the management team in contract management activities, including tender specifications preparation, collaborating in subcontractor negotiation, and supply agreements
  • Complete predetermined competencies within the allotted timeframe in order to progress through the graduate development program
