Project Coordinator Job Opportunity

This is a part-time role with a 0.8 workload, available for a 12-month fixed term.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, assisting in the coordination of inclusion and employee experience projects.

The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented and possess excellent project coordination skills. While prior experience in diversity and inclusion is not essential, a willingness to learn and grow is highly valued.

The role involves providing day-to-day coordination support across inclusion and employee experience projects, managing calendars, agendas and minutes, and tracking project timelines, deliverables and budgets.

You will work collaboratively with a wide range of teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide coordination support for inclusion and employee experience projects.
  • Manage calendars, agendas and minutes for project meetings.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables and budgets.
  • Assist with meeting scheduling, inbox management and workplan mapping.
  • Maintain well-organised records and filing systems.
  • Create engaging visual materials to support project communication.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisation and time management skills.
  • Digital literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills.
  • Experience supporting or coordinating projects in any setting.
  • Confidence communicating in a professional and inclusive way.
