Job Description

As a skilled coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our team to achieve our goals. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, able to prioritize tasks effectively and has excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will have experience in project coordination, be proficient in Microsoft Office and have strong digital literacy. They will also have excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to create engaging materials for various audiences.

  • Coordinate projects and action plans to improve diversity, inclusion and employee experience

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Inclusion & Experience Lead

  • Manage calendars, agendas and minutes for the Belonging Committee

  • Assist with meeting scheduling, inbox management and workplan mapping

  • Track project timelines, deliverables and budgets

  • Maintain well-organized records and filing systems in SharePoint

  • Create engaging visual materials (slides, infographics, reports)

  • Support consultation with employees, consumers and external community groups

  • Work collaboratively with a wide range of teams and stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong organization and time management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks and follow through

  • High level of digital literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office

  • Excellent written and visual communication skills

  • Experience supporting or coordinating projects in any setting

  • Confidence communicating in a professional and inclusive way

  • A collaborative approach and willingness to pitch in where needed
