Customer Support Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our healthcare merchants. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their queries and concerns
  • Provide clear and concise information about our products and services
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with our EFTPOS terminals and eCommerce platform
  • Escalate any customer complaints or concerns to the relevant teams
  • Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the relevant channels

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Technical knowledge of EFTPOS terminals and eCommerce platforms is an advantage
  • Experience working in the healthcare sector is a bonus but not essential
