About the RoleNSW Health is seeking a Clinical Safety & Quality Partner to join our team. This is a permanent full-time role based at Sydney Olympic Park, New South Wales.
- Proactively champion clinical quality improvement and patient safety initiatives across sectors.
- Lead clinical audits, incident reviews, quality improvement activities, and patient safety projects aligned with NSQHS Standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and frontline staff to embed a culture of continuous improvement and safe, high-quality care.
Key qualifications and experience include:
- Current registration with a recognised health professional body (e.g., AHPRA).
- At least 5 years' experience in a healthcare or clinical environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading quality improvement initiatives, managing clinical incidents, and supporting cultural change.
