**Clinical Nurse Specialist Role Summary**
Galderma seeks a dedicated and highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Sydney-based team. In this key position, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical education and training to healthcare professionals across the region.
We are looking for an individual with exceptional communication skills, who can develop and execute comprehensive training plans tailored to meet the specific needs of local healthcare teams. The successful candidate will have expertise in patient assessment, injectable treatment, and evaluation, as well as experience in cosmetic, dermatology, plastics, or aesthetics.
This is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse with Div 1 qualifications to showcase their passion for clinical excellence, while pursuing their career goals within a dynamic and supportive environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Develop and implement effective training programs for local healthcare teams
Provide expert clinical education and support to ensure healthcare professionals' competence in administering Galderma's aesthetic products safely and effectively
Lead state-based training initiatives, forums, and workshops for local and international healthcare professionals
Mentor the sales team with clinical upskilling and exploration programs
Create and deliver clinical education curricula aligned with marketing campaigns
Coordinate all clinical training and educational events according to professional standards and compliance regulations
**Requirements:**
A minimum of Div 1 Registered Nurse qualification and prior experience in cosmetic, dermatology, plastics, or aesthetics are essential for this role.
