Learning Coordinator

This role involves coordinating accredited and non-accredited courses from enrolment to completion. You will be the first point of contact for trainers, students, and coordinators, helping courses in Community Services, Mental Health, Disability, Aged Care, and more run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate courses and support trainers with scheduling, resources, and student progress
- Conduct pre-training reviews, testing, and eligibility checks for prospective students
- Use systems such as VETtrak (SMS) and Canvas (LMS)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, trainers, and community partners
Requirements:
- Organised and approachable individual who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and support both trainers and students
- Experience in the VET sector or people-focused roles is highly valued
